450 Lexington Avenue

Sterling, in joint venture with Hines, developed this 1,000,000 square foot, 42-story office tower in 1992. The structure was built over a land-marked post office that straddled the railroad tracks feeding Grand Central Terminal. 450 Lexington is clad in Sardinian gray granite and features a repeating diamond motif that highlights the building setbacks and its crown.
