Sterling, in joint venture with other partners, developed this 350,000 square foot, 33-story office building in 1972. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, the structure is clad in an ebony curtain wall, with a graceful fenestration pattern that uses subtle curves. The tower has indented its top floor of windows to create a modern abstract cap.
