Sterling Plaza

Sterling, in joint venture with Hines, developed this 33-story luxury residential tower in 1984. The building has a gross area of over 190,000 square feet and includes 176 condominiums and ground floor retail space. The exterior structure is masonry, limestone and tinted glass. The brick façade is coupled with vertical limestone pilasters and complemented by a dramatic roof-top crown surrounding the penthouse gardens.
